Warranty Policy

Mi4Canada Limited Warranty covers your mobile phone against manufacturing defects for one year from the date you bought your product. Our warranty is in addition to rights provided by consumer law.

Our warranty doesn't cover damage caused by accidents or unauthorized modifications. You can check your warranty status through customer service and update your proof-of-purchase information if there's an error in our records.

 

Return Policy

We stand behind all our products with a 15-day money back guarantee. In the unlikely event where an item arrives defective or develops a defect from normal use, we are quick to offer a return for full refund or replacement. In these circumstances, the product will Mi4Canada ship to the Canadian address you choose for delivery.

If you change your mind or accidentally ordered the wrong item you will be responsible for the return shipping. When we receive your return in the same condition you received the item, we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the product.

All items that have been opened and used will be subject to a restocking fee of 10-50% depending on the condition of the item returned.

Please note that we cannot accept the return of items more than 30 days past delivery. Please review our warranty terms and conditions.

All product returns and warranty procedure require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  You may obtain an RMA number by contacting Customer Service through email to support@mi4canada.ca. All RMA numbers expire 30 days from the date we send them.
