We stand behind all our products with a 15-day Replace policy. Our Technical investigate the phone to see if there is any problem from our side then we are give quick replacement.but if there is no issue found in phone then phone will be send back to you and we will cover the cost of shipping. In these circumstances, the product will Mi4Canada ship to the Canadian address you choose for delivery and Replace.

If you change your mind or accidentally ordered the wrong item you will be responsible for the return shipping. When we receive your return in the same condition you received the item, we will issue a refund after restock cost deduction for the price you paid for the product.

All items that have been opened and used will be subject to a restocking fee of 40% + Shipping depending on the condition of the item returned.

Please note that we cannot accept the return of items more than 30 days past delivery. Please review our warranty terms and conditions.

All product returns and warranty procedure require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  You may obtain an RMA number by contacting Customer Service through email to support@mi4canada.ca. All RMA numbers expire 30 days from the date we send them.
